Success
The project "Addressing the rights and well-being of women with disabilities and war veterans" was jointly implemented by the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the United Nations Development Program and the United Nations Population Fund. The purpose of the project is to increase the welfare of women with disabilities and war veterans, protect their rights, expand their income opportunities and support their integration into society in order to strengthen their social protection.
The project covered Baku city, Masalli and Salyan regions.
The implementation of the project started in March 2019.
Within the framework of the project, relevant trainings were held and business plans prepared by the participants were submitted for evaluation. Relevant work has been done in the direction of providing assets to those whose business plan has been approved.
