"Youth Business Workshop" project aims development of business skills of young people studying in vocational training centers and encouragement to entrepreneurship, ensuring self-employment, increasing the number of young people who received vocational education among micro and small entrepreneurs, supporting new business initiatives and increasing interest in vocational education.

The "Self-employment support-2021" project is jointly implemented by the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and Azerbaijan Banks Association.

The "Light" project envisages the training of boarding school graduates in the field of auto lubrication, providing them with relevant assets by the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency, and involving them in employment on the basis of a service contract by "KHAZAR OIL" LLC.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly implemented the project "Support for the development of cocooning" in order to support the self-employment program.

The "Intensive gardening" project is jointly implemented by the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Regional Development Public Union of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The "Courier service support" project aimed 20 people who have special need for social protection and who have difficulty in finding a job were provided with employment.

The goal is to increase the employment of IDPs, refugees and local people living in these areas and to support the development of their existing farms.

Within the framework of "Development of entrepreneurship and self-employment in villages" project, trainings are organized for the selected persons on topics such as writing a business plan, legal basis of business, rural tourism and branding, the role of social media in rural tourism, management of guest houses and customer satisfaction in order to acquire relevant knowledge in the fields of tourism and services.

 "Labor and employment" subsystem (AMAS) - is an electronic platform that creates the basis for the concentration of employers and employees, unemployed and jobseekers on a single electronic platform in the processes of regulating labour relations and providing employment, organizing work with human resources and ensuring transparency in this field.

The register prepared as a part of the "Labour Relations and Employment" subsystem will identify any group of citizens from the country's population and create an opportunity to implement any State program.

"Informal employment control" unified electronic information resources system will collect data from information resources systems required to be integrated into this system and process the collected information based on the criteria of risk groups for state control of labour legislation control.

In the electronic database of the map, the main employment, labour relations and demographic indicators for all administrative territorial divisions of the country, labour resources and labour and personnel balances, employed population, paid workers, private entrepreneurs, land share owners, their sectoral distribution, unemployed persons, territorial employment information about the implementation status of programs, the atlas of professions and other such information will be collected.

BACAR is a virtual platform that offers distance vocational training on modern technical innovations, innovative solutions, international experience and standards.

"Electronic labour stock market and fair" will serve to ensure permanent and temporary employment of jobseekers and unemployed persons.

Paid Public Works Portal is designed to make the process of organizing paid public works simpler and more efficient by digitalizing it.

Inspections and monitoring of the activities of the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, as well as other Agencies and Services will be managed with a single system.
