"Intensive gardening" project

The "Intensive gardening" project is jointly implemented by the Azerbaijan Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Regional Development Public Union of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. In 2018, the "Intensive Gardening" project, implemented to support the self-employment program, was launched. In that year, intensive gardening was created for 125 low-income families within the framework of cooperation. In 2019, the implementation of the project was continued and horticulture was established for another 250 families. In 2020, 253 families benefited from the project and the project was completed.

The fruit seedlings planted within the project are as follows:

 

Participants can choose a maximum of two types of fruit.

  • Plum seedling (variety: Black Diamond)
  • Cherry seedling (variety: Ziraat 0900 Eri-Lori)
  • Apple seedling (variety: Fuji, Golden)
  • Palm seedling (variety: Shishburun)
  • Almond seedling (variety: Guara - Spain)
  • Walnut seedling (variety: Chandler Franguette Altay)
  • Walnut seedling (variety: Seyfi-local)
  • Hazelnut seedling (variety: Ancestor)
  • Apricot seedling (variety: Orange Ruby Shalax)
  • Quince seedling (variety: Esme - Ege 22)
  • Cherry seedling (variety: Goyce)
  • Peach seedling (variety: Orion Sweet Lady)
  • Cherry seedling (variety: Vladimirskaya - Shpanka)
  • Pear seedling (variety: Beauty of the forest - duchess)
  • Tangerine (variety: Satsuma)
  • Orange (variety: Fukumoto, Navelina or Cara cara).
