Electronic labour stock market

"Electronic labour stock market and fair" will serve to ensure permanent and temporary employment of jobseekers and unemployed persons. It is a virtual platform that connects permanent, seasonal and temporary job seekers with the employers. The platform is intended to interact with the "Labour Relations and Employment" subsystem of the Centralized electronic information system of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and e-platforms engaged in employment mediation activities.

The use of the platform is open to everyone, there is no need to be registered as unemployed in the local branches of the Agency. The job seeker enters his personal criteria, skills and offered services into the system, and those looking for employees with the same characteristics can easily find them with different selection criteria. Through this platform, it will be possible to transfer the activities of several groups that operate mostly informally (drivers, babysitters, housekeepers, gardeners, workers, etc.), to the formal level. With this platform, the Agency will observe that the citizen participates in the labour market and that the employment is secured, even if temporarily. The aim is to ensure the relevance of supporting measures to maintain the sustainability of employment of those persons.
