BACAR

BACAR

BACAR is a virtual platform that offers distance vocational training on modern technical innovations, innovative solutions, international experience and standards.

The "BACAR" project will consist of 3 main directions - the electronization of the selection process of training and directions for self-employment, the transfer of career guidance and professional training activities to the online level with the application of special innovative approaches and simulators. The main target groups of the project are unemployed and job seekers, as well as students, pupils and their parents.

The direction of self-employment

Participants of the self-employment program will be able to participate in live trainings, access e-textbooks and watch video lessons by entering the e-portal, as well as create an e-business plan online with experts. The evaluation of the participants who completed the training will also be carried out in the form of a live connection. The curriculum will consist of 32 video lessons, 10 live lessons and tests that will be held during live lessons. For this purpose, 32 videos covering 10 topics were prepared based on the book "Training program on the development of entrepreneurship and business skills" of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Vocational training direction

All stages of vocational training activities will be carried out completely remotely and will become a platform that combines a wide range of functionality. At the initial stage, 43 vocational modules will be updated by professional staff in accordance with the requirements of the labour market and international standards. Courses on updated professional modules will consist of "pre-tests", video tutorials, electronic learning materials, electronic tests and an electronic exam.
