"Alo Career " support service

"Alo Career" is a support service for the target groups of career-oriented counseling services in the pandemic period to provide assistance to the personal and professional development of individuals by ensuring their excellence, quality of service provided and prompt response to the addressed appeal.

Process:

1. Citizens make their appeals through the mentioned link;
2. Applications are checked by professional advisers and the specialist contacts the citizen and sets a time for the meeting;
3. Support is provided by meeting with the citizen through the Zoom program.

The main activities of the service are as follows:

• career planning, goal setting,
• specialty selection,
• labour market and job search,
• providing recommendations and evaluation regarding the preparation of resumes
• providing necessary assistance in preparing for the interview.
